This is a full tour of the Timeless Isle by Albatross. You can use this technique to access several otherwise inaccessible parts of the island, including two treasure chests, the Temple of Ordos, and the red lake where the final chest of the Rolo’s Riddle quest ends. It’s not fast, but is it very scenic, and it’s the only way you can get to some of these places.
